Our Chiropractic Techniques

Think of an adjustment as “tuning” a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience.

The primary adjusting techniques we use include:

Dry Needling

Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling is a technique used to treat myofascial pain. The technique uses a “dry” needle inserted through the skin into areas of tender muscles commonly referred to as trigger points. Dry needling is
similar to acupuncture but uses different philosophies to where the needles are inserted. Electric stimulation can be applied to the needles to provide a deeper release for tight achy muscles.

If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr. Uhl know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.
